Art Deco Platinum, Sapphire and Diamond Bracelet (A879)
A gorgeous antique platinum bangle bracelet dating to the early part of the 20th century. It is hand-fabricated and hinged with a safety chain for security. It is set with five (5) round, mixed cut Ceylon sapphires, each measuring 3.0 mm and with a combined weight of approximately 0.75 carat; color is intense royal blue with VS clarity. Each sapphire is set in a bezel with milgrain tooling around the perimeter. Four delicate ivy leaves separate each sapphire. Each leaf is set with one (1) mine cut diamond; the approximate combined weight of the diamonds is 0.25 carat. Overall dimensions are 6.4 mm wide tapering slightly to 4.0 mm at the base of the bracelet. The plunger on the clasp is white gold.
