Custom made pendant featuring an ancient Roman coin and sapphire accent on a gold chain, weighing 4.7-dwts. The pendant is bezel set with one genuine ancient Roman coin with the face of emperor Marcus Aurelius Severus Alexander (222-235 A.D.). Bezel set above the coin is one round full cut blue sapphire (2.0mm, 0.04-carat). Pendant measures 21.48 x 21.70 x 2.53mm, and the bail is a solid tapered bail, attached to 14k yellow gold cable chain (18”, 0.9mm).
