This unique custom made eighteen karat white gold pendant is set with a stunning yellow sapphire in a four prong basket and weighs 8.20 carats. Sapphire is a orange-yellow gold color and set into a X shaped hand made pendant measuring 41 x 16 mm and attached to a fourteen karat white gold chain. Seventeen round brilliant cut, channel set diamonds weighing a total of 0.01 carats accent this oval shaped sapphire.
