An 18k yellow gold brooch with a wavy textured bar parallel to an elongated baroque pearl, 46mm long x 8mm wide. One bullet-shaped aquamarine (1.82carat) is at the base of the gold bar, one oval yellow sapphire (0.88carat) is at the top, and two round brilliant diamonds (0.16carats total) on either side of the bar. The stones are all bezel set.
