18k white gold ring with an oval yellow sapphire in center, complemented by pear diamonds in curved bands on either side. The sapphire is 2.08 carats. On both the left and right of the sapphire is one pear-shape diamond, and both have a combined carat weight of 37carats. The curved settings on either side of the sapphire are also set with a total of ninety round full cut diamonds that have a combined carat weight of 0.48 carats.
