Pointed gold pearl and garnet pendant. This pendant has a 14k yellow gold bezel set 16mm Mabe pearl. The bezel has serrated edge. One trillion-cut red garnet (1.91carats) is bezel set in on a hinged dangle below. There is a hidden bail behind the pearl.
